This luxury condo is located in the popular Mt. Bachelor Village Resort off Century Drive 'the road to the mountain' - 5 minutes to downtown Bend and the Old Mill District for shopping and fine dining---20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor for World Class Skiing --many challenging golf courses 1-20 miles away. Athletic Club of Bend with Restaurant and communal swimming pool on premises. 2.2 mile river Nature Trail for hiking and jogging is steps away Beautiful view of City Lights at night-Private Hot Tub on deck-Upstairs Master Bedroom with Jacuzzi Bath and Walk In closet.

Central Oregon and Bend is a mecca for golfers--within one mile from Mt. Bachelor Village are Widgi Creek, Broken Top and the all new Tetherow courses --within 20 miles are many other golf courses including Sunriver, Crosswater and Black Butte Ranch------other --fly fishing on the many lakes and rivers, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, road biking, mountain biking and hiking.

Spacious, comfortable condo in Bend
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Even though we are less than 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants, it feels like we're in the forest. It is convenient for skiing. We loved the hot tub on the balcony. Everything was clean and in order.

Bend Ski Trip Jan 2024
Property was in great location, close to river, restaurants and Mt. Bachelor for skiing. The unit accommodated a family of 4 with plenty of room for all. The kitchen was good for cooking meals but would recommend to add some cooking oil and generic spices to use and a pair of scissors.

Airy, well appointed condo - easy drive to Mt. Bachelor
We enjoyed our pre-Christmas stay in Bend - the condo was spotless, with many amenities (hot tub on the deck, jetted jacuzzi tub, fireplace, easy parking) and very roomy for our family of 4. The views from the back deck and hot tub are beautiful, we saw a few mule deer milling around. It was very easy getting on the road to Mt. Bachelor. Given Bend traffic, being on the "correct" side of town was a big benefit. Don was very helpful.

Great location
We went for thanksgiving break. If you are up for a little longer walk you can walk to old mill district. Pretty view from the living room, bedrooms and hot tub. Kitchen seemed to have everything we really needed, we stayed 5 night and cooked all meals, no seasonings but everything else we needed. The front door took a little bit to figure out. Plenty of towels, new oven, looked like new couches, carpet everywhere but kitchen and it seems new and/or well taken care of, the refrigerator was always wet inside, not sure what was going on with that but over all a great little 2 bed 2 bath. We would book again. I only talked to Don before checking in but he was very friendly and encouraged us to call with anything we might need.
