This charming, three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has been recently remodeled throughout! Now installed with air conditioning, this home is sure to be a hit for your next Sunriver getaway.
A reverse living layout brings you upstairs for the main level. This space holds cozy couches, new gas fireplace, huge Smart TV (for streaming all of your favorite apps), vaulted ceilings and tons of light. You'll find everything you need in the fully furnished kitchen, making meal prep a breeze. The adjacent dining area means your friends and family aren't too far away. Recent renovations include interior paint, floors, blinds, and bathroom vanities!
On the main level you'll find the primary ensuite bedroom with Smart TV and private bathroom. There is also a guest powder room on this level.
Head downstairs to find two more bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, and bedroom two has a queen over queen bunk bed. All beds have new mattresses and bedding.
Take a break, play foosball or head outside to one of two balconies to soak up the fresh mountain air. The balcony off of the kitchen has a gas BBQ.
When you are ready to get outside, there are 5 bikes available for your use, 3 adult and 2 children. With miles and miles of paved bike paths, you can cruise around to your heart's content.
Planning a family reunion or group get together? Reserve this home along with Fairway Village 6 and Fairway Village 15.

A little distance from the Village but very quiet, close to the North pool and Woodland golf course. Nice size condo for a family of 6 to 8.

Great spot
The property was very clean, spacious and accommodating. Location is beautiful and convenient. There is no AC in this unit, and there was an unseasonable extreme heatwave when we visited so it was a bit uncomfortable at times but that is no fault of the property/owner. Just an FYI for future travelers.
A highlight of the experience was working with the property owner, the checkin/checkout was easy, communication was fast and friendly, instructions were clear and reasonable. It was a very no-stress transaction which I appreciate so much! I would definitely stay here, or at any of this owners properties again.
