The Tour:

As you enter the townhome, you’ll enter the very open and bright Great Room, featuring rich wood floors, high ceilings, and extra wide glass sliding doors that lead to a deck that offers amazing views of the treetops and the various peaks of the Cascade Mountain Range. Here, you will enjoy a new Weber natural gas grill and seating to enjoy the views. Back inside, the Great Room features a 77 inch LG 4K smart TV as well as a large, modern fireplace for those cool Winter nights. Enjoy the comfort of the modernist style furnishings.

You will enjoy preparing your meals in a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Bertazzoni cooking range and plenty of counter space.

At the other end of the townhome, the Primary Suite offers a King bed with a very comfortable, high-end mattress. Open the French doors to enjoy the fresh, Mountain air. From your bed, you can warm up with the remote-controlled, two-sided gas fireplace that is also enjoyed from the spa-like bathroom’s deep, modern tub. Or, just enjoy the flames from the comfortable King bed. You will also enjoy the large, walk-in shower and a double vanity.

Walking back to the Great Room, you will find the laundry room with a full sink and full-size modern Samsung washer and dryer, and then further down the hall, an extra half bathroom. And, across from this bathroom you will find another room that features a day bed that sleeps 2 more! (2 twin mattresses). This room features a cool modern glass barn door with a privacy curtain. This room is perfect for 2 kids!

Downstairs features a pool table, sitting areas, and a wet bar. Located off this room are two additional bedrooms and another large bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms features a large, private deck with stunning views of the treetops. During non-Winter months, this deck features a spin bike and other workout gear. Another door leads to the hot tub. Please note that garage parking is currently unavailable.
