Great Location

The location was th highlight of the property - easy walking distance to town, river, coffee shop and grocery store. The house was comfortable for our group with plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was n added plus. We enjoyed coffe every morning on the front porch.

We’ll be back again!

Perfect for our annual girlfriend getaway. Lots of seating to hang out together and the large table fit everyone for meals and games. The bedrooms are spacious and the home is clean. We especially loved our morning walks to coffee. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This house was great for groups and had everything we needed! We especially appreciated the hot tub, bbq, comfy seating, large beds, and proximity to downtown.

Perfect location. Able to walk everywhere. Came in town for a concert at Hayden Homes and able to walk back from the concert. Perfect size house. Quiet neighborhood except for construction occurring across the street. Started at 7am most days! Once that is done place will be perfect.

This accommodation was well located. It was within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, a market, and attractions. The cleaning crew wasn’t finished by check-in time and the hot tub access wasn’t spelled out by the host. The house was a bit “worn” but that allowed us to not worry about spilling or damaging anything.

Huge house with everything you need

The house is centrally located to whatever you want to do in the area. Clean, well equipped, VERY comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. The little fenced yard is nice for the dog. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights!

Solid Place to Stay

Place was as described. One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed which was nice. The coffee and wine were a nice left as a welcome gift were much appreciated. If I had a group with me, I would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

The location is amazing. Cute quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is very comfortable perfect for multiple families or groups of friends. We really enjoyed our stay here, I have absolutely nothing negative to say!

Spacious and comfortable

We love the location just 1 block from Newport Market, Chow and Spork and easy access to the mountain, and plenty of comfortable seating in the living area, nice for hanging out with friends.

Lexington St. House

Our family loves staying at the Lexington St. house since it’s so conveniently located to everything we like to do in Bend. We can walk or ride bikes to downtown, The Old Mill District, Newport Market, , Drake Park, etc. The mountain bike trails & fishing spots are close by, too. The house provides a bedroom for all of our family members, & the garage is a safe place for storing expenses mountain bikes. All in all, it’s the perfect vacation rental for our family! RW

The property was as described with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was nice and spacious inside, and my friends and I really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the hot tub. It’s also close to some shops and restaurants that we could walk to. The home had a couple of quirks, like a janky, slightly dangerous dishwasher and the dark paint and dim lighting in the half bath that made it difficult to use. Overall, we did enjoy the home for its location and size.

Great Bend House

Our small adult family loved the Shady, nice sized house for our long weekend. Home has ample sized rooms, and is well appointed, with a well supplied kitchen(coffee maker essential)! Climate control is a sweet feature for the summer too. We loved the location, and ability to walk to stores, shops, river, and downtown. Overall, a great stay and house!!

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfy and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was perfect for me and my husband, daughter and son in law and two grandchildren. The garage had more than enough room for two cars which is where we stored them as it is walking distance to a grocery store and to downtown shopping and restaurants. We especially loved the personal welcome note with a bottle of wine and coffee packet. Check in and out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend if you want a cozy place to stay.

Fun family time in Bend!

We gathered as a family in Bend to celebrate my wife turning 60. We were four adult couples coming from Campbell & San Diego, CA, Portland and Seattle. This property provided us with a great, centrally located home to spend family time together. It was clean and comfortable, and most importantly for us, had four bedrooms each with at least a queen size bed (vs one bedroom with twins or bunks). We loved Bend and the property. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!
