AMAZING LOCATION IN DOWNTOWN BEND OREGON PET FRIENDLY VACATION RENTALS WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB

Walk to everything located on the west side of Bend, Oregon from this beautifully appointed and perfectly located vacation home in the quiet neighborhood of River West, just blocks from the Deschutes River, downtown Bend and Drake Park.  Walk to 10 Barrel Brewery, food carts featuring local cuisine, coffee houses, delicious eateries and formal dining, all just steps away for your pleasure.  Several outdoor gear shops are all within short blocks from this comfortable vacation home.  Ductless heating and cooling system added February, 2022.

The large king main suite is located on the upper level with its own private full bath, large walk-in closet, and newly installed ductless heating and cooling system, with a second king suite located on the upper level, along with a queen guest suite with a guest full bathroom as well. The lower level of the vacation home has a second queen quest room with the powder bathroom conveniently located on the lower level, making this four bedroom, two and a half bathroom vacation rental ideal for your visit to BEND!

The large fully equipped kitchen is open and spacious with stainless steel appliances and an electric stove range. An open and social kitchen opens up to the living room with newly added ductless heating and cooling system as of February, 2022, three comfortable sofas: a comfortable queen sofa sleeper, a love seat and another comfortable sofa as well as a 55" flat screen smart TV with a blu ray dvd player. An open and social floor plan, and seated formal dining for eight across from the kitchen.  New vinyl wood plank flooring all throughout vacation home as of November, 2024.

Located upstairs is queen guest suite #2 and the king guest suite with a full large bathroom and large laundry room. The king main suite has a 55" flat screen smart TV with a blu ray dvd player and a full on suite bathroom with plenty of counter space, a tub and shower with a large walk in closet.  Peacock TV, as well as unlimited on line streaming with your log in to your favorite shows!  Both smart TV's are new as of April, 2022.

Large laundry room with new washer, new dryer, folding area and cabinetry.  There are three window air conditioning units and free dedicated WiFi also makes this a perfect place to work from home, all the while enjoying Bend and all that it has to offer.

Private hot tub in gated area is maintained weekly and outdoor patio dining with umbrella with seated outdoor dining for 10 with several extra chairs, large gas barbeque with propane provided and utensils.

Plenty of off street parking with a two car garage behind the home, as well as three parking spots, all easily accessible via the alley.  You may park in front of the home vacation home as well.  Enjoy independent arrival and check in with easy to use keyless entry.

Ride your mountain bike out the front door for easy access to Phil`s Trail for great mountain biking and drive short miles to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort. Easy walk to downtown Bend, coffee houses, groceries, rental houses for every outdoor adventure you want to experience from this four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home.

A large fenced grassy field to run and play a fierce game of frisbee or fetch with Fido just a couple of blocks over from the well appointed home.
