The Space:

20 Diamond Peak is an elegant, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, reverse-living home. This two-story, dog friendly home has two upper decks so you can enjoy both the morning and afternoon sun! Both light and bright with an updated modern vibe. Relax, and enjoy the fireplace in the great room on the upper level of this private vacation home. The primary suite is also located on the upper level with a beautiful king-size log bed that offers direct access to the deck and hot tub. There is a second and third bedroom on the ground floor, both with queen beds. On the lower level is a small, covered deck area. Close distance to the Village at Sunriver, Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic Center, and Fort Rock Park. Provided in the garage are bikes for you to explore the 35+ miles of paved bike trails.



Wind down, relax in the hot tub after exploring Sunriver and Beyond. The deck has a BBQ, and private hot tub for you to enjoy. This home does not have air conditioning.



This home is near an active railroad. Trains rarely blow their whistle in Sunriver and average trips through Sunriver are 2-4 times per day.

Perfect house!

This house was perfect for our family! Perfect dining room table to play games, perfect sectional couch that was comfy AND big, all the baking sheets, utensils, cutting boards, bowls we could ever need for cooking for 6. Quiet, comfortable, tv’s in every room and a great hot tub. I cannot wait to come back to this house!

Nice location and home

This was a comfortable property for four people. Master upstairs has a king and there are two singles downstairs. The house was clean and the kitchen and family areas were quite nice. The house has no air conditioning (as many in this area don't). Unfortunately, as summers get predictably and durably hotter, the old "sleep with the windows open" is less viable as it topped 85 degrees still at 9 PM during our entire stay. Two of the bikes in the house were not usable and the two kids rooms are in need of some TLC.

Great place to stay!

My husband and our dogs had an amazing time at this house! The lay out was great for us and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the place cozy and a hot tub out on the deck. Surrounded by trees in a quiet area, we will definitely be staying at this place again. High end appliances and a gas fireplace, and not a speck of dirt in the place !

Good location, nice updated house

We enjoyed the house very much. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Central location. The hot tub was very unclean when we arrived, but the service company quickly came out and remedied that.

Treehouse Living in Sunriver

This property was clean and updated. The living and dining space is on the smaller size, but was perfect for our family of 4. The reverse floor plan felt like we were living in a tree house. The location is close to Fort Rock Park and the SHARC center, but off the main road so it is still rather quiet.

Cozy and convenient location in SunRiver!

Cozy, clean, and updated home in SunRiver. It was a perfect fit for my family of five and within walking distance of The Village, snow tubing, food, and outdoor fun. Everything we needed was close and convenient. The house had nice big windows and lucky for us it was snowy on our trip! The only issue was the driveway was very difficult to get in and out of when it snowed due to the driveway not being marked on the edges. I would still definitely come back though. It was a wonderful and cozy vacation!

Excellent Remodeled Rental

The house is remodeled and well furnished. We have children, so being right on Ft Rock path to the park was ideal. The living room and kitchen are upstairs and have an amazing 360 view of your surroundings with plenty of windows (and blinds for at night). We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and layout

Very well suited for two families to stay at. Close to Fort Rock Park and Close to the village. The house is not well stocked for spices, flour, foil, saran wrap, knives, serving utensils, etc. If there are specific items you want be sure to bring them. The management company is light on the number of towels they leave (especially the kitchen) and paper products. Bring extras. The house worked great for two families and Thanksgiving dinner. The reverse living style gave great views out all windows and the rooms, beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location and house

Perfect location. Right by the trail that leads to the village so felt close enough yet still secluded. Loved the upgrades of the home but still gave us a cabiny vibe. We loved the decks as well, spent most of our time there when we were not out and about. Happy it was dog friendly as well!

Family get away

The house is great very clean and nice. Only little issue was no light out back at all and the light in the front is very dim so it’s very hard to see to take your dogs out. Other then that from check in to check out it was great.

Great Sunriver Property

We spent 5 nights here recently (12/27 to 1/1) and had a great time. The place has a nice layout with a small kitchen that opens to a comfy living room and cozy fireplace on the upper floor. The master, also upper floor, is large with on suite. there are two decks with nice views - back deck has a hot tub. Downstairs had two medium sized bedrooms, bathroom, laundry/mudroom. The size/layout and proximity to village (1 mi) was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids, dog). Garage was great, as were the bikes. We will come again.
