REMODELED MARCH 2022. Pictures will be updated shortly. 2 Killdeer Lane is located just a short 3 minute walk from the SHARC and The Village Mall where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants, day spas, and fitness center. This modern and cozy, 1200 square foot home has central A/C, hot tub, bikes, BBQ, wifi and comfortable patio furniture. Furnishings, decor, bathrooms, are recently updated.

The home is single level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new King Bed, private bath and exterior access to the hot tub area. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall. The living room and each room has a TV and wi-fi streaming BluRay player. The living room has a High Definition TV for watching your favorite sports team.

The beds are all made with luxury linens, crisp warm duvets, and new mattresses. Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small amenities are included to help you 'get by' if you forget your own supply. To simplify your packing there is a portable crib and a booster seat that attaches to a chair. A private hot tub and large deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture, with umbrella, allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are 4 adult bikes, as well as a 2-child bike trailer to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver.

Rental of our home includes "Unlimited-use" SHARC Passes for 6 guests and this home also has A/C.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Beautiful Home perfect location
We loved our stay. The house was very nice, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Our only negative comments would be the rooms need fans for air flow (it got pretty stuffy and hot at night. And the deck, while I know it’s very expensive to replace a deck it costs very little to fix areas of danger. The house was great, host was super responsive to a few early issues, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook some great meals. One small issue was the initial smell in the main area of the house, likely from the cleaning products used.

My kids loved it
We enjoyed our stay. We were notified the fireplace was broken the day we checked in, but this was fine for our purposes. My kids loved the small collection of toys, books, puzzles and the bunk bed. Great location for the SHARC and village. Hot tub was clean. Very easy check in/out. The EV charger requires you to set up an account with a separate vendor and pay an additional charge that was pretty steep, I think $30/day. We ended up not needing it but still wished this was noted up front. You should bring your own bike helmets, the kids helmets are broken and no adult helmets available. Otherwise the bikes were in great condition! All in all it was a wonderful house!

Well stocked, we had everything we needed. Very clean and excellent location. walking distance to the village center and SHARC center. Just as pictured. We really enjoyed our stay. Hot tube was a hit. It was our first time visiting the SHARC center, what a great place for kids.

Peaceful and good indoor/outdoor spaces
We came up for a long weekend and had a great time in Sunriver. This place was centrally located - easy access to everything. Our dog loved the outdoor space - and even though it was nippy - we enjoyed sitting outside while our pup sniffed around. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked (Xs 10) and the hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of the day. Only suggestion is update some of the spices or bring your own if making your special dish while there.

This house was perfectly located for spending time at our office in the Village. Quick drive or walk to the Village so was able to take advantage of the restaurants and return to a very comfortable house to spend time watching movies while catching up at the end of a busy day! Beautifully updated home in the heart of Sunriver
I've been going to Sunriver since I was a little girl, and this house is probably the most updated I've seen. It definitely has the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've been in. Perfect size for my husband, our dog and myself. The deer were out regularly eating the brush by the back deck. Short walk to the Village Mall, the Lodge, and SHARC. If I had to take issue with anything, it would be that the Wifi went out a few times a day. Not a big deal, except we were trying to do some remote work while we were there. Overall, though, this place is absolute perfection. We'd definitely rent it again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
