Great End of Summer getaway

This was the perfect location to relax and enjoy our time together. The privacy at the end of the complex was great, and our own private patio was wonderful. The relaxing hum of the spill was amazing to fall asleep too.

Guardian of the falls

Loved the falls low rumble at night, lulls me to sleep. Wonderful location, within a park, and a short river trail hike to downtown or to swimming holes for cooling off. Enjoyed meals and beverages on the patio. Was ideal and hope the opportunity arises to stay here again.

Christmas holiday

Unit was just right, comfortable, clean, close to downtown. Was counting on swimming with grandkids but the pool was not open. Big disappointment. Host offered alternative option after I left, which was appreciated.

Great location

Great location, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The communication prior to check-in, and for check-in was great, including a list of restaurants & breweries close by. The disappointment was that the internet was not working, and it took 2-days to get someone down to confirm that it wasn't just us and then it was too late for them to get someone out to fix it, so the internet was down for our entire visit. Other than that, this was a great stay. Bend is a lovely city with lots to do.

Don’t do it

The location is amazing, the room is old rundown and nasty. The bathtub/shower was clogged and the ktichen sink backed up into the tub while my wife was in the shower. The other shower head sprayed water all over the room yet barely came out of the head. Generally the entire place is old dirty and run down. There was no internet which the management knows and puts into their contract that they are not responsible for…

Loved the location and the apartment was delightful. We walked down to dinner each night. Note that the WiFi isn’t very reliable and the bed didn’t offer much support
