We stayed with our family over the Fourth of July weekend, 2025. The house is fully stocked with any cooking items you may need. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We really enjoyed the front yard area with plenty of space where the kids could toss around a football. We used the deck area, including the barbecue. It was very relaxing having early mornings to watch the squirrels and drink our coffee. We even got to see a deer go through the property. It’s good to note, they have two different types of coffee makers. A Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker so bring whatever you prefer. Another suggestion is to bring a couple of rolls of toilet paper. Besides the partials that were in each bathroom, they only had one other full roll. The owner seems receptive to suggestions so I wouldn’t hesitate to let him know anything you see that you may need that isn’t there.

The property itself is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, spices, and dishes. Our experience was wonderful once we received the security code. This place does not have a front desk. There were a great confusion of how we were to get in the day before. Expedia was supposed to supply us with a security code, but failed to do so. We were not able to get a hold of the property until the morning of our check in. We ended up being on the phone with Expedia for 3 hours, trying to figure out if the property is legitimate and how we were supposed to check in. This caused us a a great deal of stress. We will not be booking with Expedia again from now on. I would recommend booking this property through other apps.

Ok for winter time

This house is pretty nice it’s not perfect for my ocd I’m a clean person and there was a lot of dust and dirt it was clean but not super clean the bees nest in the siding on the back porch by the kitchen window detoured us from going and having family time on the back porch the non mowed grass made it hard to set up the volleyball net. I really think this place is made for the winter not summer stays other then these things, well, the beds were super stiff and uncomfortable but it was really ok I’m sure winter would be better especially if you had quads and snowmobiles fishing was a little ways away at the state park wish it was a little closer in general it was an ok place we may think of coming back for winter
