The room was clean and had everything we needed. Front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful.. We had our grandkids come over for about an hour and enjoy the swimming pool. We will continue to stay there when we come to Bend.

Do not recommend the staff were extremely rude, hotel was dirty and had some sort of bugs, I took photos and left a google review and got a refund. Spend the extra 15$ and go across the street that’s exactly what I did after the staff yelled at me for asking for new bedding I had just came back from ...
