Great host and awesome location

We loved our stay, Host was absolutely amazing and helped us a lot with local activities and knowledge. The property was grand, with picturesque location. Great plce to stay with large family or group of friends. Fire place, BBQ or grill by the pool.

Bene Vagienna

Everything went smoothly, Simonetta and Carlo were communicative and helpful. The house is great for a group. The main fireplace was a the gathering place. Make sure to check about the availability of the pool/hot tub and sauna, they were unfortunately closed for the winter when we arrived.

Amazing!

The property is emaculate a true dream and beautifully kept. The history of the house is clear and Simonetta gives you a history and full tour of the property upon arrival. If you've seen the pictures they don't do justice to the property. Only negative is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing weekend in a stunning property

We travelled as a group of eight friends and had the pleasure of staying at Simonetta's place for a long weekend. First of all, Simonetta has been a tremendous help in booking restaurants and other things in the area. She was always happy to help and her recommendations were superb.The house itself far exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. The grounds are in immaculate condition, the house has so much character. The groundskeeper, Francesco, is also extremely friendly and helpful. He takes pride in his work and that translates into a house and garden that are simply stunning. The drive to the heart of the Langhe area is short and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Ideal for groups of friends or families travelling. 10/10 experience.

Propriété hors du commun

Séjour fantastique dans cette maison hors du commun, où chaque objet semble avoir une histoire. Maison idéale pour notre groupe de 3 petites familles car les chambres sont disposées en 3 endroits distincts. Piscine merveilleuse (et impeccablement entretenue) avec la chaleur accablante. Pas d’air climatisé mais la brise du soir et les ventilateurs ont fait le travail. Nous nous considérons privilégiés d’avoir pu y séjourner. Attention aux très jeunes enfants cependant, car escaliers abrupts, plusieurs interrupteurs sur lesquels il vaut mieux ne pas appuyer et plusieurs objets précieux.

Top Erholungsort mit wunderschönem Ambiente

Das Anwesen ist ein absoluter Traum umd emtspricht wirklich den Bildern. Man hat soviele Möglichkeiten auf dem grossen Grundstück, spielen, chillen, zusammen seim ohne jemanden zu Stören. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Wir werden wieder gehen.

All in all sehr nice

Ein cooles Haus mit viel Platz, vor allem ums Haus herum. Pizzaofen, Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool: alles ist vorhanden. Der Pool war leider mit Algen bewachsen. Eine Toilette und ein Kühlschrank, den man uns zusätzlich zum Gebrauch angeboten hatte, waren dreckig. Nach der Reklamation ist aber sofort jemand aufgetaucht und hat geputzt. Den Pool haben sie jedoch nicht sauber gebracht. Alles in allem wars aber super. Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit und das Haus war top.

Nice scenic property!

Had a lovely stay. The house cosy, is beautifully situated on a hill and has a historically significant presence. Areas to improve are the comfort level of the beds and inclusion of airconditioning should be considered. The large swimming pool especially is beautiful.

Unique villa with excellent amenties

This is a unique villa - very large property with tons of space, would be great for a group to stay here. The house includes a billiards table, wine cellar and even a breakfast dining room set up with multiple tables for restaurant-style dining! To combat the heat, we spent most of our time lounging poolside - the pool is fantastic and is next to a large separate pool-house with jacuzzi, sauna and grilling/eating space.  The owner is friendly and responsive in a timely manner and walked us through the check-in upon arrival - also offered to help with nearby restaurant reservations in the village. The caretaker on-site in separate living quarters is available for help if needed. The house is gated and has plenty of room for parking.  Good base for exploring the fantastic Piemonte wine region!

Absolutely wonderful place

A wonderful villa in the country side. Very private but full of character, history and charm. The villa is a short drive to many of the top wineries in the area. Mirasole was our host and she was absolutely fantastic and made our stay a joy. The pool and pool house are just icing on the cake.

Oli ihan luxusta majoittua vanhaan viinitilan, paikka ylitti odotukset moninkertaisesti. Miinuksena sauna, jos olisimme halunneet käyttää sitä, olisi maksanut 100€ kerta. Samoin poreallas ei ollut käytettävissä. Tilaa hoitava henkilö asui pihassa, siitä ei mainittu mitään. Tulisin tänne uudestaan, viihdyimme kaikki niin hyvin!!
