I had booked for the night for my senior citizen parents and when they reached the hotel the staff kept quarreling it’s only for 4 hours booked . I told them I was told by Expedia staff it’s for the full night but they kept arguing and the whole experience was teh worst I have seen in years

The hotel is overstaffed. The staff is too eager to help, to an annoying degree. I suspect they are cadging for tips. Fewer but more professional, staff would be best. Most annoying are the guys standing outside the door with a list who stop you from getting to the desk. Fire some of the staff and you have a great hotel.

The hotel was spotless but the scanning was over the top. There was an air freshener or something with a very strong smell in the room which was very overpowering and extremely unpleasant

Check in slow but only due to processes in place (starting from security checks of our trolleys to retrieving all flights bookings). The hotel staff is very professional, rooms bigger than expected and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Very convenient location just outside Arrivals at T2. I like that you can choose between 4, 8, or 12 hours and the time doesn’t start until you check in. The rooms are very nice- stylish, clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the light that kept flashing on the ceiling and that someone kept ringing the doorbell for a room nearby and it woke us up. Breakfast was just ok.

Very clean. Courteous and understanding staff. The 24hr light buffet was a good touch. However, whilst breakfast starts at 04:30hrs it may still not be early enough for International Flights departing at about 07:00grs if you need to be at the terminal 3hrs before the flight. But, the staff were kind enough to ensure we had some sort of breakfast before leaving. Great service!

Great hotel right outside arrivals in T2 at Bangalore airport. Everything you need after a late flight in without the hassle of a transfer. Staff very friendly. Rooms big, clean and quiet. Free grazing station in reception for light snacks, coffee/tea and cold soft drinks any time of day.
