Convenient if you want to be within a 90 minute radius of the airport and visit nearby IT parks. Excellent F&B in the hotel and staff are very helpful & accommodating. The furniture could do with a bit of upgrade and repair in places. Choose a room with a view of the small wooded area behind the hotel.

Pros: Convenient location to HSR, clean room. Cons: Breakfast at other hotels is better. My plans also changed and needed to reduce from 5 nights to 4 nights but they would not accommodate change in fees. Mentioned it would have been possible if booked directly with them but because I booked from Expedia they couldn't make the change.

There was some confusion on purchased package options and hotel staff were repetitively confused. Like day 1 they were reconfirming on airport transfer and day 2 they were revalidating on breakfast, then on day 3 reconfirming again on breakfast airport transfer. This should have been better confirmed with Expedia on day 1 itself or best even before the guest arrived. Created heavy discomfort and confusion.

Staff here is excellent. Food is quite good. Dinning area staff Sabnam, Jyoti, Vijay, Sarfarosh Erica are excellent, never flustered even when there is a mad rush in the morning. Kashi, Shiva and Stefin are amazing at providing you with any help you need regarding say cleaning your room to coffee. Also a big thank you to the front desk ,which is clearly overworked, for taking the time to help us always and going the extra mile. Also thanks to the staff for getting us a cake before we left. My family were very happy with our stay and will miss the lovely and wonderful staff at the Hilton.

Fantastic stay during the pandemic. Staff great, very polite and always deliver a good service. Kashi, Shiva and Amrita are great. Food was excellent as well.

Tiniest washroom you could ever find in any 4 star rated hotel. Plus what they refer to as a king sized bed is a queen bed.
