"Aweful! Bunch of thieves! The place was unclean and unsafe. There was a bad smell in the apartment, the floor was dirty and the window was broken and open. As the hotel was on the first floor, anyone could come in. I left the apartment as soon as I saw the room and made another booking. I talked to the staff about refund and they said it will be done through expedia. Expedia reached out to them several times and they have not refunded my money. The staff is rude as well. I would suggest look...

"On arrival we were very disappointed by the look outside itself. The hotel building looked dirty and the pathway to the hotel was being layed out and was messy and no parking. The hotel inside were dirty and looked shady! We had to put up with this place since it was one night. No hot water to shower, walls dirty the kitchen looked like canteen. Anyhow this is no frills hotel. Outside is busy and across the Manipal hospital. Food was ok."
