Would love to stay again !
Excellent value for money hotel. Good Central location. At par with international Ibis hotel properties. Very well maintained. Reasonable layout of buffet for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend !! However the bathrooms r very small though very neat and functional.

Just your regular boutique hotel in city
Reception - Wonderful support from the front office, my check in and check out was done smoothly and with no issues. Booking was found promptly. Food and Beverage - Price point- Too expensive for some dishes. Fish was served delicious and outstanding presentation by chefs. Housekeeping - Very helpful towards guests needs. Must improve on coming a bit faster than usual with requests. Overall guests requests were very slow. Pillows were only 2 for double occupancy. Amenities were also not put for double occupancy.

Nice and clean hotel across from a beautiful park
Everything was excellent about the hotel although the room was a little cramped (personal preference). Also, getting a second key issued would make things much more convenient for guests.

Staff particularly receptionist Ms Rajasree are excellent. So are receptionists Nidhi and Susmitha. Improve telephonic contact between customers from outside and reception. Only one phone works that too noisily. Nobody is reachable through phone at all. Indian filter coffee not avilable. We want it very often. A little more space for lobby to meet guests needed.

Stinky room, ugly bathroom, horrible bed & pillows
Stinks, bathrooms like in a trailer, annoying room service. We stayed 5 nights because the location is central and was very convenient for our interests. However, the rooms have a muggy stink due to lack of bathroom ventilation and windows in the room didnt open so couldnt cross ventilate. The room smelled damp and of soap all day and night! Each day room cleaning would take away 2 towels and leave behind 1!! I had to chase them in the hall each day to ask for another set since we were 2 people staying in the room. One evening when i found them after coming back to find a single towel, they said they were out of towels!! Unbelievable!! Ordering food from restaurant was another affair - food is incredibly over priced for India!! Every dish is Rs499 when it is sold outside for Rs149!! And they would deliver food consistently without silverware. I had to call them back each time for silverware. Ordered food is not delivered until minimum 1hour after order is placed. Bed is horribly bouncy and uncomfortable when 2 people sleep in it. They do not have choice for pillows. Their breakfast buffet is Rs550 for 2 but IDC that is 2min walk outside you can feast for Rs300!! Our door entry card had to be constantly rekeyed since even having it sitting on the nightstand with no exposure to anything made it deactivated!

I had requested for a smoking room but I didn’t get it, after I checked in they told me all the smoking rooms were booked. The pictures are quite different from the rooms. It looks big in the pictures but it’s really small. It felt like an OYO room.

Well it wasn't a great hotel.. it was ok to stay for one night. The reception stuff didnt have any courtesy.. they told if we order food from zomato we have to come down from our room to collect the plates and cutlerys,guess thats the first time im hearing this kind of a rule,as i stayed in many hotels during covid 19. So surely i wont stay in ibis agian.

Friendly approach of staff. Location. General maintenance and cleanliness. Only negative point from my point of view was in the name of IBIS - Formula 1 room structure existed.

I would not recommend this hotel. Period. The wifi is impossible to connect to from the room. Brought it up and front desk tells me the server is rebooting and could take upto an hour. The staff is very nice and helpful but that does little to make up for the atrocious rooms n amenities.

In regards to the Wi-Fi, please be informed that the entire vicinity was facing the same issue due to multiple Fibre cuts and we were trying our best to restore services in coordination with our vendor. Also in regards to the room size, ibis comes across in similar specifications globally. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
