This is an amazing Hotel - perhaps the best of all I have stayed in all my world travels. The staff is beyond compliments - each one putting in so much by way of care and dedication. My daughter suffers from Celiac Disease and just one mention of that at the check in (reception) was met with every chef reaching out to ensure meals were prepared for her with the utmost concern and precautions. Chef Rama, Sunil, Gopal all deserve special mention here. The front desk is very responsive to every need. I an go on and on about the cleanliness, maintenance, fcomfort and other attributes that everyone mentions here - they are all impeccable! I will return here on my next visit to Bangalore. Keep up the good work, please!

Excellent stay! Our package came with daily breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this package as the food in their main restaurant is excellent. They had both Indian and non-Indian options, which was great. Our room came with a bath which was great, but it was not adequately cleaned upon our check in. When we notified the staff, it took some time for them to respond but eventually they did. Otherwise, cleanliness and service were excellent and quick.

Very nice hotel and very centrally located
This was my first stay here at the JW Marriott Bangalore near UB city. The hotel is very nice and I had a very enjoyable stay. Pros: Nice hotel, nice rooms - well appointed, very good breakfast, good service (room service was reasonably quick and efficient) Cons: The key cards and their readers in the lifts as well as on room doors have issues. Almost all the guests i interacted with in the lifts had the same issues. This definitely needs immediate attention. It is a source of unnecessary irritation and inconvenience. Overall no major issues and I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5.

Best Hotel in town... well almost.
The staff were amazing. Though the rooms wore a jaded look, the overall comfort level was above average for the region. The bathroom towel hook was loose and fell just missing my foot. It needs to be tightened. Informed housekeeping who in turn informed the engineer to fix it. The customer relations officer in particular took good care of me.

Dilapidated and worn out property which looks like it hasn’t been maintained over months . Soiled carpets greet you at the check and you can even find soiled carpets in the room. Smelly aged towels . Strong smell of Mold in the air conditioning system. Certainly not even a 3 star property. I won’t ever recommend this to anyone.

Perils of Covid-19 seen in staff behavior
Probably on the best hotel properties in Bangalore. I've always loved staying here at the JW. Rooms are immaculate, service staff are friendly and accommodating. Although they were very careful in operational compliance because of covid rules in Karnataka, they certainly made sure I was comfortable. There were groups of people standing around next to where we ate lunch, possibly staff from the hotel, which was slightly discomforting because they were staring at us like we were doing something wrong! That can be avoided. People are on-edge, so to speak, so, any group gathering can be avoided, especially in eating areas where we are unmask . I did mention this to the front desk staff when checked out. Ironically, I had my mask off when I spoke with the front office staff and the lady there quickly (and very overzealously) pointed at me and asked me to put on my mask. That I thought was interesting. Otherwise, a good hotel with fantastic rooms.

Poor service and management
The service is downright horrible. You would see more courteous staff in Oyo hotels that is 1/4 the price of this property. On the Hotels listing they promised a complimentary room upgrade. However when I went there they gave me the same room I booked and called it an upgraded one, shameful. Swimming pool rooms are a mess and not clean. There are barely any TV channels, bath tubs are small. The property itself is good, in a good location and comfortable. But the service is definitely not that expected from JW Marriott.

Property and staff provide excellent hospitality in all departments. The swimming pool was something of a disappointment. Not really suitable for swimming for exercise it's essentially a shallow (4feet) play pool for families with young children. Also the sun does not hit the terrace where the pool resides so it's a disappointment for those who want to swim daily.. It is very clean like all areas of the hotel. What is amazing is the buffet offerings in the JW Kitchen both for lunch and dinner which are excellent. World class. The rooms and coridoors are excellently maintained by a superb housekeeping team.

Great Location Great amenities and courteous staff. 2 things stood out: 1) We were at the 6th floor yet the loud music from Parties 4 floors below on friday/saturday nights could annoy us at night. I was expecting either better sound proofing or a better choice of party floor 2) There was a longish wait to get seated for breakfast on Saturday morning. Over all a good experience

I loved the service. All the staffs were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Great variety of food choices.

Not a well maintained hotel. Service is terrible. Air conditioning in coffee shop not working. There were flies everywhere around during lunch. Rooms need an upgrade. Not worth the money they charge. .
