Lemon Tree Bengaluru hotels

"Room was spacious w nice touches. House-keeping was immaculate. However I had a terrible experience dining at the lapis Resturant. There were mosquitoes and my party and I waited for almost an hour before realising part of our order was not keyed in. It was a super disappointing experience for my party which included my CEO. And afterwards, the hotel sent hotel merchandise like a scarf, etc, to some of us to make up for the poor service and I did not receive anything. This is again a very inconsistent and inconsiderate service. "

"It was like home away from home. Besides the excellent rooms and facilities, what made the hotel great was the staff. They were always willing and attentive and made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit juices and the service was great. We used the Collections club and the food was very average. For a hotel like Four Seasons could have more variety but it was very limited choice. Overall the staff make for any shortcomings. Will certainly visit again."

"The only reason I give this hotel a good rating over excellent is because I just stayed at the Four Seasons Bengaluru and the staff go out of their way to please you and make your stay phenomenal. When we checked into the Ritz we were on our way to the elevator when we realized we only had one key card. We asked the lady who checked us in and she told us to come back tomorrow. This should have been done immediately. The staff at the breakfast resto were great and helpful. Location is fantastic but I would likely go back to the Four Seasons before the Ritz. The service at the Four Seasons is top notch from start to finish. "
