The property is located in a convenient place for shopping and dining. I liked the location. I did not like the room's cleanliness, the bathrooms are very dirty and not up to the mark. Housekeeping, towels, bed, bed covers, and comforters are smelling bad and are old. They did housekeeping only once for the entire 9 days of my stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location in the heart of old Bangalore. It is decent both by facilities and by cleanliness. All the staff are good - right from the Manager down to the workers. Good Hotel, Wrong Location

The staff was friendly and I only had minuscule problems with my room (The shower wouldn’t stay on unless I held the lever the whole time I showered). The location wasn’t ideal for me though, and I would have rather stayed somewhere in Koramangala. Other than that I was satisfied with tbe experience. I would recommend this hotel if this was the area they wanted to stay in!
