It started with a poor chek-in, where internet coverage was too bad and room was not very clean. in the new room internet coverage was better as modem was nearby. However the room was not looking fresh. The towel set was really bad (which was replaced later). The Display in the TV was full of lines and the mechanic told, it was like that in every room. More over only free channels were available and hardly any paid channels. The remote of the TV was changed twice during my stay, The TV wiring exposed open tables and appeared very shabby. In the bathroom, dryer plug was hanging out from the switch board exposing live lines. Overall the look is that of a property with hardly any maintenance. As the remote was not working, as felt for location of controls on the side and top of TV, a lot of dust got into my fingers.

They don’t take international cards, dirty room, found hair and **x juice, no shower towels, they got me a floor towel after 45 min waiting, they don’t answer the phone, they accused me stealing towels and searched my baggage, I reported to orbitz they didn’t do anything 🙄,

I will probably try a different hotel next time due primarily to their internet issues. Their internet is down at least once a day, mostly because of poor network design within the hotel. They keep running out of IP Addresses inside their network and they have to call some other company to fix it each time which takes an hour for some reason. Additionally their internet access scheme are bandwith & time limited logins that last 2 days each and 2 gigs for each login so when that login is consume you have to use a new login. I was working over the weekend in the hotel and consumed all of the logins they provided, and when I asked for more they gave me a hard time about it and gave me 24 hour logins with 1gig of bandwidth each.
Breakfast is good, cleanliness is decent to good, they reused my towels a few days by refolding them and putting them back on the rack which barely bothers me but may bother others. Staff is pretty good, room is nice but has strong scent that gets really strong when the room heats up, once you turn the AC back on it cools and the scent disappears mostly.
If it weren't for the internet mess they've created I would stay at this hotel again. I was working in a building on the same block for 2 weeks and the internet in my work building was always up and very fast, don't let the hotel blame their internet issues on external problems, I could fix their issues in 1 day with a better design & get rid of their network management company.
