I have never wanted to write a bad review so much in my entire life yet.
BEWARE…Price may seem cheaper than most other hotels in the same star category but it won’t take you more than a few hours to fully regret staying here. With the condition of the hotel, I say with disgust that they are 101% super profitable.
Check in takes long and staff seems unfamiliar with SOP.
Everything in room look old and need replacement badly.
Room cleanliness has to be seriously improved
Air-con is too hot or too cold.
Towels look super old, they probably never been changed.
Water in the shower room don’t flow.
Cannot lock room door with only a loose latch that seems ready to dislodge from a hard push.
Bed sheet and pillow sheet has been washed unbelievable number of times.
There’s drilling and knocking all day long. How do you expect guest to rest???
Walking along the dark and gloomy corridors makes you feel as if one is walking in a get-ready-to-be ROBBED alley.
TV Signal is as good as not having TV in your room. Can’t watch a darn thing on the TV with the continuous jamming signal.
Noise insulation SUCKS. Two people can literally have a conversation on both side of the door.
You cannot visit the restaurant twice for breakfast during official breakfast hours. What idiotic policy is this???
To top it off, Staff lacks command of English and lacks customer service attitude.
Fortunately…One doesn’t get cheated twice the same way always

We had chosen a hotel with pool, there was no pool. They had compensated the pool by extending the last floor for more rooms.
The hotel buffet manager was too arrogant. Food was just not upto the mark. Terrible experience with the room service. No cleanliness, no drinking water, no hot water. Bad service.
