Hotel pendiente de total remodelación. Baños deplorables a pesar de haber cambiado de habitación. Ruidoso por falta de aislamiento acústico de las ventanas. Estas no sellaban bien y no se cerraban correctamente (y más cuando hay una discoteca exterior en el mismo edificio). El personal o bien no se enteraba bien o tienen un nivel de descordinacion considerable (véase querer cobrar 2 veces por lo mismo o tardar mucho en las comandas).

Az egész hotel nagyon büdös, az összes szobával együtt. Az első szoba nagyon hangos volt (az ablak alatt az épület légcserelo rendszerével), a második szoba amit kaptam sem volt jobb. A kádban hajszalak voltak. A szoba nagyon kicsi, a reggeli is elég puritán. Nem értem, hogy lehet öt csillagos a szállás.

Should be the last choice
I checked in at about 1030pm on the wednesday night. They had a huge HPE event on the thursday morning. The banquet room was below my room and they were hammering away till about 3am in the morning. after repeated complaints the duty manager kept telling me please sir 1/2 hour it will stop. after repeated complaints at 130am she said we will give you another room to sleep. ridiculous. who is going to pack every thing for the next morning and move to a room in the middle of the night. they have no concern of any guest staying and the discomfort sound provides. 1st time i have stayed in any hotel where they allow banquet set up with hammering through the night. one thing is for certain they have ensured i will be loyal to never visiting their property again. And to top it all off the same manager was smiling at the time of check out. Caveat Emptor

Enjoyed our stay
Absolutely loved the hotel. Location was superb. Staff were absolutely lovely. Had a bit of an issue with the ever flushing toilet (every 2 minutes) As we were only there For two nights, it seemed silly to change rooms (this was very kindly offered) I don’t know whether it’s an every night occurrence, but there was a bar/club at the back of the building which had parties going until the small hours. It might have been good to be warned. Still a great hotel.

After seeing another room of the same category I noticed I stayed in a room which wasn’t renovated yet. The new ones are super nice, the old ones really need to be upgraded too. Nevertheless the staff was outstanding, breakfast was sumptuous and delicious and the nightclub experience on Saturday night was surprising and cool!
