Ritz Carlton Bangalore was the best rits experience I ever had. The staff and the management charmed me with their gracious hospitality and made the stay very memorable one. This is a very beautiful hotel and the service is exceptional.All the staff that we met are always smiling and wanting to do their best to make you feel welcome. The restaurants are all extremely good. We used the spa services three days in a row and we had possibly the best massage in the world. The therapists are trained so well and we really liked our treatments very much.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was short but sweet. The staff - especially those at breakfast - were amazing & super helpful. Our room was lovely & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Maintenance of the property could be improved on: the rooms are a little tired & one of the steps on the ladder of the pool was broken. Overall, this is a great hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
