Excellent as always. I don't like the rainfall showers, they are very inconvenient, and it hurts to bend over backward if you don't want to get your hair wet. A proper shower projects water at an angle not straight down. Also the styling is painful with the sharp corners. The little wand is not the same as a real shower. If you provide a wand it should be a large circular area, not a small rectangle. I recommend to replace all shower fixtures with a more ergonomic design. Also the bath towels are much too large. It makes no sense to talk about being eco-friendly and saving water when you provide bath towels that are twice the size they need to be. A larger towel requires more water and more soap so it negates any savings derived elsewhere.

The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. The cleaning crew on the 14th floor, Liu, Attithya, Sruthi and Joanna were outstanding and kept our room in great shape. Jocelyn and all the staff in the 15th floor club made sure my mother was well taken care of. I cannot thank the staff of the Ritz Carlton for making our stay special. We also held a reception in the ballroom and the function was well organized and beautifully done. I hope to return again soon.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was short but sweet. The staff - especially those at breakfast - were amazing & super helpful. Our room was lovely & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Maintenance of the property could be improved on: the rooms are a little tired & one of the steps on the ladder of the pool was broken. This is a very beautiful hotel and the service is exceptional.All the staff that we met are always smiling and wanting to do their best to make you feel welcome.
