「I recently stayed at Eden Star Hotel Zarzis and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. While the property itself has potential, the level of service was unacceptable. The interactions with the staff were consistently disappointing; there seemed to be a lack of basic professional courtesy and a complete disregard for guest concerns. Furthermore, the management appeared indifferent to resolving issues when they were raised. I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements...
