「The property needs some updating. Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property. No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine. We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running. Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed. 「The main staff/manager Jesos is a man with many hats 1) he checked us in 2)he showed us in to breakfast , made our tea/coffee every day, showed us where everything was 3) sorted us out with a new key card when ours stopped working 4) helped my husband with technical issues on his ipad twice 5) checked us out Basically he was on hand throughout our 3 night stay, he is very welcoming, friendly, helpful We look forward to returning to tbe hotel later in tbe year The housekeeping was brilliant,...

「Lots of shops/restaurants near by. Very close to the beach. Single room was perfectly adequate for a few nights. You get what you pay for. Very cheap nighty price. Very basic breakfast, which I expected, but then had to pay extra for a second cup of coffee! Staff could try to dress a bit more appropiately - it is a hotel after all. 」
