The apartment is located on the beachfront of Levante. Elevated floor, 120 m2, which has 2 large rooms, a large kitchen, large living room and 2 fantastic terraces with fabulous views of the bay of Benidorm.
The building has private access to the beach and has showers and foot washes.
Its location is excellent, it is located in the historic center of the city. It has all the services around it, restaurants within 50 meters, as well as the main shopping avenue of the city located just 100 meters away.
