  • Penthouse with 20m2 terrace with barbecue, caretaker and outdoor dining area with front views of the sea and Levante beach, living-dining room with reclining sofa, TV, A/C, fibre internet access, free WiFi and dining room with terrace access. The independent kitchen, with induction hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/tools, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, double bedroom with dressing room and two single beds, master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub.

    Building with main access via the seafront promenade and secondary access via Mediterranean avenue, panoramic lift and concierge.

    Located in the heart of the beach, it has all services nearby, the centre and triangular square are less than 5 minutes' walk away, and 15 minutes from Rincón de Loix.

    Towels, sheets and included in the price.

    - Key handover and check-in are carried out at our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, trading name BenidormBooking, opposite the Casino.

    - Credit/debit card details are required as a deposit or €200 alternatively.

    - Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

    - Check-out before 11:00

    - Pets are accepted with a supplement of €10 per night with a minimum of €25 per stay and a maximum of €100.

the alca penthouse

the apartment was in a very good location near to both the old town and the strip. the apartment was very clean and most of the things were good in the apartment. picking up and returning the keys is a good 15 to 20 minute walk not very good if you aren't good on your legs would be better if you could pick up and drop keys off at the location . Also there was not enough chairs round the table in living room and only four plastic garden chairs outside at the table we found the others broken in a cleaning cupboard outside would be a lot better if these were replaced apart from the couple of bad points everything else was absolutely fine .

Ubicacion , terraza amplia . La barbacoa aunque es muy muy pequeña quizás deberían comprar una más grande . Aire acondicionado bomba de calor , no tira , hace frío en el apartamento. Con las estufas mejora algo . Creo que si cambiarán el aire por uno más potente se acabarían los problemas que suelen tener el alojamiento . Aun así todo excelente .
