Nous avons passé 1 nuit chambre convenable bonne literie dîner moyen buffet trés peu ravitaillé et le personnel passait le balai sur nos pieds alors que nous étions encore qq tables mais personnel pressé jamais vu ça lors de mes autres séjours dans divers hotels.

The hotel itself is in a great spot located close to Benidorm’s old town and was wonderfully clean and well presented however that is where the positives end. Music was playing loudly in the hotel bar until 23:30 (not great when you are up at 5am for a flight) and our room was directly opposite the local police station’s car park & the service men and women were far from quiet when using their vehicles. So, in summary, great location but remember your earplugs.

A late January visit. The Brasil is a nice hotel, clean & modern. It’s not a party or sunbathing hotel (pool small in shadow for long periods & surrounded by houses looking down). Small bar & limited entertainment. However, having said may suit couples or families wanting a quieter surround close to beach & old town. Staff were pleasant & courteous. We were half board breakfasts were full cooked & lunches with plenty variety. Unexpected free bottled water & bottle of wine provided all days. All meals were pleasant. Some bedrooms face out to police station opposite and there is some noise but heard more if balcony open. Avoid rooms ending in 03, 04 or 05 I.e. 103, 203 etc as these sit by lifts and walk through so residents coming & going & cleaners in morn will prob disturb light sleepers or those seeking lie in. Bedrooms ok , modern bathrooms. Safe in room 10euros a week & air con (not sure if charged didn’t require). Could do with some wall hangers for jackets as wardrobe & units limited. While a balcony there is no scenic views as hotel is surrounded by adjacent buildings on all sides. As ever my acid test would I stay again yes probably at a winter time as value for money far better than the big chain horrors you see.

Good welcome. Excellent support at the front desk. The hotel is clean, modern and convenient for the beach and the old town. We were on the first floor and the entertainment was a little noisy but on the upside the television had plenty of UK TV channels to keep you amused.

The staff were really friendly, the location of the hotel was ok, but it was really noisy, we could hear the man in the room next to us snoring, farting and talking on the phone, we could even hear the caller on the phone talking so the soundproofing needs looking at. It is opposite the police station which also makes it quite noisy. The buffet food was disappointing but not inedible. Pool was fine for a dip. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Overall not bad for a cheap weekend in Benidorm.

Pleasant hotel

Modern hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff polite and pleasant. Very impressed with the shower and air conditioning. Although very cheap, found it strange you had to pay to use the fridge. There was a lot of choice at breakfast and the food was good. Room cleaned daily too. All in al a very pleasant stay.

Nice quiet hotel. Could be a bit noisy at times as in a residential area. Good local toon but hill can be a trek at times. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was good although no umbrellas for the sun loungers

Excellent Value for Money Hotel

Nice hotel a little bit of a walk from the sea front but with all you eat and drink in Benidorm the exercise id=s welcome. Room was lovely and clean we had a view of the pool. The bathroom had recently been refurbished l would say lovely shower. Food was good. only thing l would say was being a Yorkshire lass l like my Yorkshire tea, so just take a few tea bags with you as the Spanish tea was not to my liking.
