  • Beachfront apartment in Levante, Benidorm, with direct beach access from the building. It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people.

    45 m² accommodation, cosy and fully exterior, with an open terrace with sea and beach views.



    It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (WiFi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, communal parking in the same building, 1 Television, iron.

    The independent induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



    - The key handover and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just opposite the Casino.

    - A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

    - Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

    - Check-out before 11:00

Fantastic location and view. Clean and tidy apartment. Easy access. Loved every minute ❤️ On first day the air conditioning leaked. We didn't know until the restaurant below knocked at our door and showed us we needed a bucket to collect water on the balcony as ir was running into their restaurant and onto their customers. It was obvious this wasn't the first time. We just didn't bother with the air conditioning after that. There were two fans on the apartment which further emphasised that this wasn't the first time.

Would not go back.

Nice apartment but very noisy. And very small shower can't even bend down in it .tv small towels small apart from that ok Bigger shower and tv and towels. Having a word with restaurants anderneath apartments about banging tables and chairs every morning between 6.15 and 7.00 and opening roof shutters .als needd no doors.

Great location There was construction work in the block and was woken up at 8am with the banging and drilling. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable. Some items were damaged. Would be good to have a list before you entryfor someone to come and check with you.

La ubicación Tener que dejar 200 euros de fianza para que te puedan dar las llaves pero a la hora de devolución tardan según me han dicho 4 o 5 días o incluso más no lo veo bien que tú tengas que dar una fianza el día que entras y tarden tanto en devolverla
