    -Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

The apartment was as expected, it was absolutely perfect for our 4 week stay, the location was perfect for the time of year we went, although I would imagine it would be on the noisier side on the summer months, we would very happily return to this apartment in the future

Checking in and out went nice and smooth.The apartment was big and spotless.We didn't cook, but pretty much everything you need for that was there. You need 3 keys to get in, probably as a security thing.But they're labeled with the address, so if you lose 'em, someone could easily break in, and then you'd have to replace all the building and front door keys. Swap those labels for numbers!Would be handy to have a quick guide for stuff like the TV, where to dump the trash, etc.In the bathroom, the shower and sink drain kinda slow.The plunger there was busted. The beds are decent overall, but the mattresses aren't great for heavier folks. The roll pillows are a bit too high. In the evenings, there’s a lot of noise from the discos. So, the apartment’s really not good for light sleepers

Excellent location but no air conditioner!

Excellent location and spacious flat. The double bedroom hasn't got an air conditioner and the fan wasn't strong enough to keep the room cool. We had to keep the window open and the noise from outside was very annoying as the room faces a very busy road full of pubs and very rowdy patrons. The noise was very loud until 4 am. The parking space is very small, we had an SUV and it was really tight, also, the aisles were very narrow, it'd be easy to scratch your car against one of the columns. No amenities at all except for washing liquid so take your own soap.

There is no hair dryer, but reading other reviews I was aware of it an took my own There is an iron not that we used it. There only a few coat hangers, but hopefully after they read this they will add more. There a place to hang your washing but I think a clothes horse would be much better. We had fab time, the entrance an lift were spotless, The pool was lovely, an the other residents friendly, There is no bin at all outside the buildingby swimming pool which is a shame, Thank you for reading my review an you won't be disappointed booking the apartment Have a fab stay Regards Diane x More coat hangers Hair dryer Clothes horse so can hang clothes in the sun by lounge
