Lovely villa

Lovely villa in a perfect location.Beautiful pool and outdoor area.Easy walking distance to Quesada where there is a selection of bars and restaurants.

Excellent location nice clean villa, hassle free holiday, everything is working fine, very good air-conditioning "you don't find that in every villa", good wifi, good management company

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic time staying at this villa. Could walk to lots of good restaurants and bars. Neighbours were friendly and villa catered for all our needs. Thanks for everything!

Great villa and price!

we stayed 10 nights at the villa and it suited our family of 7 perfectly. Rooms all great and beds comfortable. Pool was fab and cleaned without us even noticing. Table tennis was a good addition too. Would definitely stay again!

Great villa *BUT*

We enjoyed our stay at the villa but pictures on vrbo need updating as things have changed & villa needs a little tlc & updating. Sun loungers we did not use due to condition (dirty & marked) could do with replacing.

Below expectation

We had to ask the host to bring cutlery and plates. This was too few (5 forks, 3 teaspoons, plastic glasses from various pubs, etc.) and bore the mark of being collected together over many years. The coffee table in the living room was missing the glass top. The outdoor area was not like the pictures in the presentation. Worn out sunbeds and parasol. No outdoor plants as in the picture. Boring! The pump in the pool stopped working. Was fixed after a few days. We experienced the place as boasted compared to the presentation.

Great location

Perfect spot for us. Plenty to do and places to dine in the local areas. Easy travel to traditional Spanish markets in around 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes to the nearest beach again by car and only 30 minutes from hotspots like La Zenia and Cabo Roig. Love this part of Spain, the villa is in a quiet location which was only a 10 minute stroll across the festure gardens to the town center with shops and bars. There we're 6 of us and the villa had everything we needed

Allgemein

Das Haus bzw. die Anlage ist in einem gut/befriedigenden Zustand. Lobenswert ist der Pool--> Poolreinigung wird regelmäßig durchgeführt. Das Haus verfügt über einen Holzkohlegrill (könnte im Internet noch mit erwähnt werden:-) Außerdem war eine Tischtennisplatte vorhanden--> sehr zur Freude der Kinder (stand auch nicht im Internet).
