“The title is Hell no! Last year I gave them 5 stars this year things have drastically changed . Where do I start with the madness. 1. Check in they double booked my room so they had to put us in another room which they claim was an upgrade because it had a balcony. When I went there the balcony faces a solid brick wall. 2. The room was sub par to the room I booked. I know this because I spent 1 month in the room last year. I complained and they changed the room again to a slightly better room……

“The location of our room was great. We were on the ground floor and because of health issues this was very good for me. The staff is very attentive and helpful to any of our needs. If a call was made it was immediately answered. The cleaning of our room was done everyday and done with great care, they were wonderful and again showed that our enjoyment of staying here was top priority. Everyone is very friendly and personable, which made us feel comfortable and it was always welcoming. This is……

“Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe. The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience ”
