Buenavista was newly built in 2018 on a large 1,337 m2 plot with a total constructed area of 250 m2 spread over two separate floors. The entire house is air-conditioned and has individual split units in each room.
On the upper floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to a large terrace facing the pool.
The living room connects to a modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen utensils necessary for a perfect stay.
On the same floor, there are two large bedrooms with bathrooms and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a good workspace.
On the ground floor, independent from the rest of the house, there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. One of them has a work desk and accessories for using tablets or PCs.
