The place was lovely, spacious and private. The decor was welcoming and it had all amenities to make it feel home from home. The only constructive criticism would be to update the pictures as it showed the villa having a bath, and the bathroom has been updated with a shower, so it would benefit from an updated description. Otherwise, it was a lovely quiet location, 10 minutes drive to the town, which had a lovely beach and bars and restaurants..overall we had a lovely stay.

Wir sind alle begeistert von der Villa. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Räume oben sind klimatisiert und es gibt auch Ventilatoren. Ohne würde man es gar nicht aushalten. Der schöne große Pool sorgt auch für ausreichend Abkühlung. Außerdem finden wir auch die Außenanlage an sich sehr schön bepflanzt. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Alles ist mit dem Auto erreichbar. Stellplätze an der Villa gibt es zwei Stück. Wir würden sie auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen. P.s. : bei Fragen wurde uns immer schnell geholfen.Danke

Dieses Haus hat enormes Potenzial. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und eigentlich alles da. Die Lage an der Sonne ist gut, sodass Sie das Poolleben genießen können. Aber das Haus ist an mehreren Stellen schlecht gepflegt. Sowohl in den Bädern als auch in der Küche ist alles kaputt oder fast kaputt: Im Duschbad ist die Toilette kaputt und man kann keinen Duschkopf mehr aufhängen. Im Badezimmer mit Badewanne sind die Schubladen des Waschbeckens kaputt und wenig Belüftung Deckenventilatoren, die in warmen Nächten ein Muss sind. Im Schlafzimmer sind mehrere Fliesen kaputt. Poolfliesen rutschig, wenn Sie nach dem Schwimmen nass werden Der Dunstabzug oben hängt über der Kochinsel. Jeder stößt sich den Kopf dagegen. Auch hier mehrere Schubladen lahm oder kaputt, das klingt jetzt alles negativ, ist es aber gar nicht. Dies sind Verbesserungspunkte, weil dieses Haus so viel Potenzial hat. Viele kaputte Sachen lassen sich recht einfach reparieren, als letzten Tipp würde ich in bessere Matratzen investieren. Das ist für eine Villa in dieser Preisklasse wirklich notwendig, aber es ist immer so. Gut schlafen ist ein Muss Liebe Eigentümer, wir haben Ihr Haus genossen. Ein paar Verbesserungspunkte und das Haus ist wieder in Top-Zustand. Danke, dass du all diese Obstbäume gepflanzt hast. Zitrone, Grapefruit (wirklich göttlich) und Mandarinen. Alles Liebe und Grüße, Familienprinz

Schöne Umgebung, schöne Orte. Das Innere des Hauses ist attraktiv, aber es beginnt zu altern / muss gewartet werden. Schön, dass es ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl gab.
