The penthouse apartment is placed in a secure, gated community with underground parking space, has a wonderful variety of plants and trees, 3 outside swimming pools plus a heated pool and jacuzzi inside with a library and training room. This makes it nice to use also during the winter-time..

It is an ideal place for families with children or adults that want a perfect starting point for bicycling or golfing.

The living area is 110 m2 and consist of 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk in closet, living room and kitchen with all appliances. The apartment has air-condition in all rooms.

Additionally, the apartment has a nice terrace overlooking one of the swimming pools and a extra private terrace on the top floor.
The apartment is on the second and third floor.

Sleeping place for 6 people, two double beds and 2 single beds.
In one of the bedrooms it is space for two extra persons. It will then be an adittional chargeof Eur 15 per person per night if 1 or 2 persons extra are living in the apartment.

The Apartment is fully equiped with refrigirator, freezer, microwave oven, stove, dish washer, washing machine, separate air-condition unit in the upstairs livingroom, coffee machine, toaster, water and TV.
Furnitures for veranda included table, 6 chairs and 2 sun beds.

Alicante Airport is closest to the apartment with an estimated 1 hours drive, but also the Airport in Valencia is nearby, only 15 km further away than Alicante Airport.

Not far away ca 17 min drive on the high way to Benidorm's biggest attractions - Aqua Park- the biggest in Europe, Terra Mitica and Mundo Mar. Just 1 hour drive to Valencia or Alicante on the Costa Blanca coast.

In this area there is only limited internet. It means we can offer free internet up to 20 GB/ month or 5 GB/ week. This is enough with normal internet usage such as reading the news and emails. Not enough for example to look at films. Therefore if somebody wish internet we are taking deposit of 35 Euro/ week. This deposit will be given back if the guests are not using more then 5 GB/ week.
