A little corner of paradise on earth

We rented Marianne s beautiful condo for 2 weeks in mid February. Immaculate and very well equipped 2 bedrooms condo with an amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Plenty of hiking trails all around as well as many beautiful villages and towns to visit. 2 weeks was not too much. Marianne is a wonderful host always willing and ready to provide suggestions for touring Costa Blanca.

Perfekter Urlaub / Perfektes Apartment

Wir hatten 9 Tage einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub im Apartment Vistamar 3. Die Ausstattung war mehr als perfekt, es hat an absolut gar nichts gefehlt. Die Realität übertrifft bei Weitem noch den Internetauftritt der Wohnung und der Aussicht Obwohl Ende Mai (laut Vermieterin) schon relativ viele Autos in der gesamten Apartmentanlage standen, kam es uns vor als wären wir nahezu alleine, es war wirklich angenehm ruhig. Auch den herrlichen Infinity Pool hatten wir bei unseren kurzen Besuchen fast immer für uns alleine. Strände in der näheren Umgebung, egal ob Sand oder Kies, waren auch sehr gut.Der kleine Einkaufsladen (Pepe la Sal) ist gut sortiert und nicht teuer. Hat alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht.Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung und selbst bis nach Valencia sind zu empfehlen. Es gibt viel zu sehen in der tollen Landschaft/Umgebung.Nochmals herzlichen Dank an unsere Vermieterin Marianne, die uns mit ihren Tipps gerade zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs sehr weitergeholfen hat.

Super Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie sie auf den Bildern dargestellt ist. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind wunderbar. Vor allem die Tipps der Vermieterin waren toll. Wir haben uns in einer Woche sehr viel von der Umgebung angeschaut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Totalmente recomendado

El apartamento está muy bien, muy limpio y con unas vistas maravillosas. Posibilidad de disfrutar de 3 piscinas. Supermercado cerca y a 12 min de Moraira en coche. Al estar a cierta altura siempre corre aire y se agradece, no hemos puesto el AA. Cocina equipada y colchones óptimos para descansar. La propietaria muy atenta y amable, por ello recomendamos este lugar para venir tanto con niños como en pareja.

A comfortable home from home with stunning views

Waking up every morning to the sunrise over the Mediterranean. This apartment is spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owner Marianne is a kind, helpful host.

Verreist als Ehepaar im September für drei Wochen.

Eine super Ferienwohnung haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. es war alles vorhanden, von Gewürzen bis hin zu ausreichend scharfen Messern. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. der Blick von der Terrasse war Atemberaubend. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal. Edeltraut u. Hanas-H. Wendt Goslar

Wir waren sehr zufrieden,eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit einem Ausblick ,der einfach toll ist. Auch die ganze Gegend ist sehr zu empfehlen, besonders Moraira, mit dem kleinen aber schönen Strand, hat uns sehr gefallen. Einen großen Dank an Frau Pätzold für die nette Kommunikation. Perfekter Urlaub

Die Wohnung war perfekt eingerichtet ( selbst Nähzeug Fernglas usw.)110% sauber alles passte ,der Ausblick grandios. In 20 jähriger Erfahrung mit Ferienwohnungen hatten wir bis jetzt nicht annähernd so gute Betreuung vor während und nach dem Urlaub. Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend zum Relaxen oder dank der nützlichen Informationen in der Wohnung auch als Aktivurlaub. Die Pools sind einfach genial. Wir hatten wunderbare drei Wochen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Dankeschön.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit spektakulären Ausblick

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub. Lage, Einrichtung und Zustand der Wohnung sind einmalig. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns perfekt betreut gefühlt. Wir schwelgen noch in Erinnerungen, bedanken uns ganz herzlich und empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter!

De hemel op aarde!

Een zeer goed onderhouden en 100% net appartement, perfecte en heel volledige uitrusting. Schitterend uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee met de zon van 's morgens vroeg tot laat in de namiddag. Een zeer vlotte en vriendelijke communicatie met de eigenaar, die zorgt voor een map met uitgebreide informatie over de ruime omgeving. Je hebt ter plaatse wel een auto nodig. Zonder twijfel aan te raden.

Auch im Winter eine traumhafte Wohnung

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Ferienwohnung Vistamar 3 und von der umfangreichen Ausstattung , der schönen Lage mit dem traumhaften Blick über das Mittelmeer und dem Inventar, das alle Bedürfnisse erfüllt, begeistert. Die Wohnung lässt sich über die Klimaanlage beheizen und war bei unser Ankunft auch schön mollig warm. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und sind nicht nur mit dünnen Laken bezogen, sondern haben der Jahreszeit angepasst eine schöne Decke. Morgens und abends wird es auch in Spanien noch empfindlich kühl. Tagsüber haben wir uns bei 18 - 20 Grad auf der Terrasse gesonnt. Wer wie wir dem deutschen Schmuddelwinter mal eine Weile entkommen will, wird sich in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl fühlen. Uns hat es hier so gut gefallen, dass wir nächstes Jahr mit unserer Tochter hier wieder eine Woche Urlaub machen wollen.

Merci pour ce super appartement. Très propre et où il ne manque rien. On se sent comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Marianne est toujours disponible par mail et Katrina nous à fait un très bon accueil. La vue de l'appartement et les piscines sont top.
