Comfortable beds, great breakfast, staff is very friendly. Highly recommended! Also, great town to walk around. Sara the front desk clerk was outstanding. We had a problem and Sara fixed it that our problem wasn’t even a problem at all. she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Unique fun property. We felt like we were arriving at summer camp going to our building, walked up the wood stairs, down a sparse hallway, then opened our door to a delightful surprise. Fun decor included brightly colored tiles in the bathroom. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Very clean and cozy. Nothing but love!

You can't get into the buildings unless you have a card that unlocks the building and the room.Everything was very clean and updated.everytime i needed something they obliged. We reserved a room at this hotel because we had a basketball tournament in the area. The team was looking forward to cooling off in the nice pool in the hotels advertising, everyone was heartbroken to find the pool closed for maintenance. We figured we could at least use the gym at the property. 2 dead treadmills that wouldn’t power on, even after staff tried to assist. This has been hands down the most disappointing experience with any hotel I’ve rented in the past 30 years. I really don’t know if I would return or recommend this hotel.

Needed a place to stay last minute. Easily booked through hotels.com. Was able to check in early, staff super nice and helpful. Very clean, comfy bed. My only gripe is they are hard to find - their sign should say to enter from Harrison ave.

The staff was friendly and helpful. You could tell the rooms had been updated. Things were clean, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was simple but good. The pool wasn't open yet, so I can't speak on that. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The warm welcome and awesome customer service shown to us by Richard that was the highlight of our stay. The hotel is centrally located, clean, affordable and roomy. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Bennington.

The room was not clean. There were cup circles on the table, indicating it hadn’t even been wiped. There was a fresh stain on the bed spread. The breakfast was ultra low quality. If you are billing yourself as a boutique hotel and charging the highest rates in town, I expect better.

We had no functioning wifi until the morning of check-out so we had no ability to use essentials communication tools given we were relying on it. I notified the front desk and they told us that it was down but didn't know how to fix it. I emailed Management several times and got absolutely no feedback. Also, it was a heat wave with 100F temperatures and the only ice machine was broken so we couldn't keep our food and drink cool on our travels.

Very satisfied with our stay here. The property is comfortable and quiet, pet friendly and included both a jetted tub and a sauna in the room. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly. Lots of dining options and shopping close by too. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.
