“Duty smell bad”

“It’s old motel. But everything is fine. clean. Quite. Easygoing.”

“Room was clean, comfortable, small. The continenal breakfast might have been OK, but on Sunday I it just wasn't. We had you come back to check in: No staff just like Sunday morning but she did return at 7 pm. Buildings look neglected but the room was cleaned and comfortable but there was no climate control to be found.”

“When we arrived the place looked deserted with only one car in the parking lot. Walking in we found out the place was under a complete renovation which was not disclosed on the Expedia page or their website. Many of the amenities were also not available such as the hot tub, bar and breakfast. My credit card was charged more than I was quoted and the front desk could not explain as they said they only charged the quoted price even though I have a receipt from my card company. The positives were……

“Great hotel for the price. The outside is a little dated compared to other La Quinta. There was no shampoo or soap dispensers in the shower, just 2 bottles of conditioner. All in all, I'd stay there again.”

“This is overall a great place to spend the night. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The continental breakfast had a good variety of items. The room was very clean and had plenty of space. The only takeaway was the air conditioner didn't work very well. I woke up a few times in the middle of the night and the room was very humid. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.”

“Could not honor our reservation. Tried to give us a room that was not clean at 10:00pm.”

“The rooms did not have any towels or washcloths. There was insufficient staff available to help with that issue. Only 1 person was on duty, they had to check in new guests, provide towels and washcloths, answer other technology questions, fixtures in the room did not work, some of the electrical plugs did not work, it was not good.”
