「The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...

「Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. 」

「Its a large hotel and fairly new. The shower doesn't not work properly, the water temperature keeps changing from hot to cold and the shower area is too small plus the soap tray is fitted in the wrong place and you keep bumping your knee. The bathroom door came in for my friends room and the water doesn't drain properly」

「Very tropical feel, great breakfast. All ground floor rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. Free airport shuttle bus. No fridge, no AC, only veiling fan? Bathroom/ toilet has no windows. Bad noise insulation rooms. Small souvenir shop. 」
