spacious apartment in Benshausen in the Thuringian Forest

I offer a spacious apartment in Benshausen. It is ideal for four adults or a family with up to four children.
The apartment is close to the town center, but not directly on the main road.
The apartment is on the first floor of my family home.
It consists of two bedrooms, a large kitchen and a very large, covered balcony.
The first bedroom contains a large double bed. In the other room there is a fold-out sofa bed, a coffee table and a pull-out bed. Up to four children can stay here. During the day it can serve as a lounge.
The focus of the spacious kitchen is a large, oval wooden table and an elaborately restored cabinet made of solid wood. A modern kitchen unit with sink, dishwasher and refrigerator offers the necessary functionality. New dishes are of course available, as well as a toaster, kettle, coffee capsule machine and a hotplate.
A highlight of the apartment is the approx. 7 x 3 m balcony. It is covered so you can have breakfast on the balcony without fear of rain showers or enjoy the summer evenings. The existing furniture offers various uses and design options.
The modern bathroom contains a comfortable shower and a vanity.
In all three rooms, a floor made of light wooden floorboards was laid. It underlines the rural, simple charm of the apartment, which has been furnished with great attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Bed linen, towels, WiFi use are a matter of course. A children's chair is available if required, as are children's toys. A parking space is on the property. A vacuum cleaner and a dryer for the balcony are available.
The price refers to the use of the entire apartment including final cleaning, WiFi and bed linen. In addition there is a visitor's tax according to the visitor's tax regulation of the city of Zella-Mehlis (not for business trips). There is no minimum length of stay.
