“Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. ”

“This is our second time renting this space. We had such a great time last year, that we decided to return this year, but for a longer stay this time. The whole space is just beautiful and peaceful, but our favorite part has to be the back deck that looks out over Lake Hamilton. We also spent plenty of time relaxing and resting in the cozy living room and bedrooms.We spent a little bit of time each day exploring Hot Springs and the surrounding area. “It was a beautiful place. However, if you like it to be dark when you sleep bring an eye patch. 1 bedroom is very bright at night! Some blackout blinds or curtains would be nice. The blinds in there are pull down so they don’t cover the whole window. I was there 2 nights! ”
