Nestled on Black Bayou in Benton, this delightful studio offers a lovely retreat for guests. With a cozy bedroom area featuring a king bed, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and convenient amenities like AC, WiFi, and a Full Kitchen with all your cooking needs. Pots and pans under the Stove in a drawer. Boat and Jet Ski stalls on the Lake with Private access to the Lake right on the property. This location is very close to multiple wedding venues in the town of Benton and Bossier City. This terrific space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive. The boathouse is beautifully decorated inside, felt more like a Tuscany getaway than a boat house. The views were breathtaking. Sitting up in bed, sipping coffee and looking out over the calm waters and watching birds fly within feet of the windows. Wish we had one more day to enjoy the views.

Nice Father son get away. We scheduled some work in the area and want a relaxing place to stay. This has all the amenities you need. Rustic but comfortable. Fishing was nice late in the afternoons.

Fantastic little hideaway

Great little boathouse on Cypress Lake. Caught many catfish and watched glorious sunsets during our 3 day stay. Such a little gem! Will certainly be back.

The Boathouse

We loved staying in the boathouse for nine days. It was hard to leave but will definitely return. Looking at the water, wildlife and boats was the most peace anyone could ever dream of! Each day we had more and more gratitude for the serenity. Our host, Trey was amazing! He treated us like family, had great suggestions and was always available to answer our questions. Thank you!!!
