“房間殘破、污穢不堪。床單毛巾污穢不堪。水煲底部焦黑、吹風機壞掉不能使用，幸好有得更換。冰箱內有垃圾，沒有清潔。床底螞蟻橫行。浴室漏水。”

“There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. The cooker hood is taped up and we were worried it would collapse. Washing up liquid was like shower cream. The pillows and comforters were stinky. The kitchen……

“1. Car park and utility is not included in the price. Need to extra pay when you check in. 2. The comunication via whatapps take long time to get answer after you checkout. 3. Deposit will paid after 24 hours checkout. But i still haven’t get back money after 72 hours. ”

“LIKES: 1. The building/floor was by secure access. 2. It was located close to the to CBD. 3. A monorail line ran in front of the building. 4. Suites were located above a 3 storey shopping centre. 5. A large variety of food outlets in the building and in the general area. 6. Swimming pool on 15th floor. DISLIKES 1. No reception and no access access post 10:00pm. 2. Room furnishings and kitchenette were very basic. 3. Evidence of some cigarette burns on furniture. 4. How to rectify door……

“絶對不會再入住的地方. 首先, 它應該是AIRBNB型式, 到達大堂後, 是沒有接待處, 而是有一些代理的人來查問你是那間酒店. 我們不知怎找代理, 保安叫我們致電聯絡, 後來才有人接應我們. 之後, 上到房間, 代理說因HOTEL.COM昨晚才確認我們的BOOKING, 所以今晚要住一晚這個房間, 之後幾晚便不會轉房(但其實早在兩星期前, 我已與這代理確認BOOKING及酒店位置). 起初, 我們不以為然, 離開外出回來後, 才發覺, 房間沙發, 地氈極其污糟, 床單有污漬, 電視機只是擺設不能看的, 我們四個人, 只有兩條毛巾, 兩套牙刷. 浴室牆壁佈滿黑色霉菌, 及浴缸是破爛的. 我們想只是一晚就算吧. 第二晚, 我們轉到一間比較好的房間, 但清潔度仍是不足, 如洗手間永遠有一陣尿臭味. 若然你沒有叫ROOM SERVICE, 是不會有人打掃, 及即使有人打掃. 洗手間都是很臭的, 地上的垃圾幾天都在地上, 沒有打掃. 總之, 你可以想像非常不專業. 及房間似是沒有做維修保養, 可以看得出是很殘舊. 唯一優點是空間很大及鄰近地鐵站. 我們下次再到吉隆坡, 一定不會再選這個地方. ”

“Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. Red flag #1. When we got to our room, things went downhill real quickly. I don't mind if the room is dated, but this place looked like……

“房间很清洁，地点也很好，很靠近KLCC，泳池视野很好，可以看到很漂亮的风景（KLCC）。但是他们没有柜台，check in/out很麻烦，等他拿等车卡过来等了差不多一小时，房间热水不热。check out的时候约好的时间迟到一个半小时，这是令我最不满意的事情。”
