Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay. Enough space for our family of 6. Close to all the great trails Bentonville has to offer. Garage space was great for keeping our bikes safe.

Great home base for biking

Clean property, good communication, and perfect adjacency to the most popular trails in town, with downtown a very short Lyft ride away. First time visiting Bentonville, and will look for this property again when I return!

Great location close to trails. Plenty of space and bonus bike tools in the garage. This place is set up for mountain bikers

Get away

Our checkin process was a little chaotic it took four codes to get us in and they gave us an incorrect wi-fi password. The floor turned your feet black if you walked barefoot and it needs some upkeep inside and the outside deck needs work. We had a wonderful time together and in Bentonville

Filthy House

When my husband arrived the house was filled with dead flies all over. Hanging fly traps full. Dead flies in fridge. Bed bugs and pubic hair in bed. The house was not cleaned. Called management and they moved us to another house which was better and I had to argue over no more additional fees.

Plenty of space for a family.

Four good sized bedrooms fit our needs perfectly, especially as one had a queen and standard in the same room. The three downstairs bedrooms share one bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped, has dishwasher soap and a roll of paper towels. Only salt and pepper for food supplies. Plenty of bathroom linens. Appliances are new and we really appreciated the washer and dryer. The wi-fi was out. After a lot of exchanges, the property managers were willing to send a technician, but who wants to sit around for that 4 hour window. If you are a bike rider, you can ride from this house to many trails and will appreciate having a garage to put the bikes in. I wasn't familiar with the upstairs thermostat - it would be helpful to have had some written info on how to use it.

The property is clean, comfortable and was a great location for what we needed. The kitchen however lacks some basic supplies (pot holders, salt, pepper etc.)

Some improvements

Location was great. We felt the property left a bit to be desired on the outfitting. Limited or lower quality kitchen and dinner ware. Limited cleaning supplies to allow us to keep the place clean. We came to mountain bike and were not alerted to the fact that there had been tornados the week before and a majority of the trails were closed. The property management people were very responsive and accommodating.
