This adorable house offers all the conveniences of home as well as unique features for bikers. It's excellent for those who want to explore Bentonville. Our home is also ideal for long-term stays. 1.2 miles from Bentonville Square and 1.5 miles from 1-49.
3 min drive to the Momentary, 4 min drive to Bentonville Square, and 6 min drive to Crystal Bridges.

The second bedroom can be provided either as an office or an extra queen-size bed.


This modern bright looking apartment is perfect for your getaway! This space boasts comfortable queen-sized beds and a fully equipped kitchen loaded with appliances you need daily.

Issues with property

Please be aware unit A had the following issues:Door key pad did not work the entire weekend.Wifi- even after trouble shooting did not work the entire weekend. Smell- the unit smelled of sewer and old smoke covered with a lot of febreze.Sheets- had a nasty stain on the sheet and I had to wash before I could get into bed. On a positive note:Beds were comfortable.The pictures listed on the Vrbo site represent the unit.The location is in the middle of all the wonderful activities Bentonville has to offer.

Convenient location and had everything we needed

My family had a cozy stay at this VRBO. The beds were cozy, location convenient and the host was very responsive. We had an issue with the kitchen light and they sent someone to fix it right away. We brought a fan for white noise but there was an air purifier in the living room that would have suficed as well.There was plenty of parking out front. Overall, it was a very good stay!

Very clean and comfortable

We had a very quick stay overnight and the space was great. Very clean and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely consider this location again for future trips to Bentonville.

An ok property

We visited town for mountain biking during spring break. The location of the apartment was ok, but we had to drive everywhere. We ate out for all meals, the kitchen was not super stocked for cooking and eating with a family. I wish the outside of the building would have been pictured so we knew what to expect and I wish the welcome guide was printed in the home, the online link did not work when we checked in. The property managers were responsive to our inquiries, the apartment was clean, minimal furniture and there is no safe storage for bikes outside. The place was fine, but nothing amazing.

Perfect location. Wonderful Property Manager

The property was in a great location and the place was sparkling clean! The house did smell like someone had smoked in it, but the property manager was very responsive and set up a hospital grade filter within 20 mins of notifying her. It’s terrible that anyone would smoke inside someone else’s property, so I wouldn’t hold this against them at all, but it was unpleasant. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the accommodations were excellent for a family.
