Enjoy this stylish newly renovated apartment in downtown Bentonville. You'll love this cozy yet modern home away from home! Conveniently centered within a mile of so many great entertainment, museum and food experiences and less than a mile from both the current and the future Walmart Home Office campuses. Park your car and bike or walk to everything that Bentonville has to offer! This apartment features an all new fully equiped kitchen and new appliances (including laundry) that will make your stay even more comfrotable and convenient. This apartment was completely renovated as of September, 2022 and features a private patio area, dedicated parking and secure, keyless entry for easy and quick access and contactless check-in.

Great Base For Our Mtn Biking Vacation
What a great spot and space. The area was quiet and the unit was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It's biking distance or a short drive to all the trailheads. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. Again a short walk or drive to downtown where there is ample free parking in the evenings. This certainly makes it easy for an after dinner ice cream and stroll. Even the Crystal Bridges Museum is only a 40 minute walk.

The Benton is close enough to downtown to walk if you choose to. Lots of places to eat, drink, find coffee, groceries nearby. Ample parking. The unit itself was very clean and thoughtfully/tastefully decorated. Everything worked, was easily accessible. Quiet. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Four days was too short!
The Benton was clean and well-appointed with everything two people could possibly want or need. Communication with the owner was easy and his responses were extremely quick. The neighborhood in which the property is located would definitely be classified as “up and coming” but I was never truly concerned for our safety. My boyfriend and I visited Bentonville to mountain bike and we will absolutely be back and would stay at The Benton again.
