“Really unpleasant stay I parked in the public car park because the roads are narrow and on street parking is a risk. Property appeared closed when I arrived. A man appeared from somewhere and was insistent I park on the street. I tried to explain the car was fine where it was (Nb, I wasn’t expecting them to pay for it). This seemed to upset him. Got his son on the phone to tell me to move my car to the street. We eventually left it at “I don’t have a car” Room was clean enough. Used toiletries……

“The hotel is very basic. The room lacks soundproofing, which means we hear every outside sound. At breakfast, only the fruit was tasty. The service from the breakfast staff is good. They are attentive and serve you quickly. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Berat bus station.”

“This hotel was fantastic! Only 5 mins walk to the main area in Berat. We had the best stay here, the room was sooo spacious and impeccable. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We had problems starting our hire car, and the receptionist was on the phone within a minute to find someone to help us. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Berat. 5 stars”

“No parking, again it is a Expedia disease, to lie and exaggerate about their listings . Fed up of “only one room left “ No elevator, no receptionist on arrival. Useless if you have a vehicle; are elderly; or disabled. The view from the breakfast room is amazing. No coffee at breakfast , it comes from next door. Location is very good”

“Lovely helpful host who came to meet us when we got lost! Walkable from beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely lively area but also quiet once you’re in the apartment. We shared the triple room and it was perfect for what we wanted. Lovely spacious balcony also ”

They were more than happy to get us information for our stay / things to do / transport…etc. Gabriella was also kind enough to make us home cooked breakfast in the morning at the time of our choosing. The room itself was clean , proper and equipped with everything we needed. Location wise was perfect, we had a view of the old town, especially beautiful at night.
