Lovely stay again but noticed the cutbacks!
"Had a lovely stay here but we have been here a few times and noticed a big difference here this time the housekeeping and the lovely welcome tray you used to get. House keeping knocked on the door at 8;30am to tell us there not doing a proper clean this time only changing towels and emptying bins. ..."

Lovely hotel
"Lovely room very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable and bathroom lovely too. Zero complaints here had a lovely stay. Also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee and use of the fridge and safe"

"Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful."
