“My family just stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. It's neat, close to the beach, and properly managed. The hotel management was very hands-on and patient with all our questions. I appreciate their willingness and kindness to help at the tail of the pandemic. ”

“Bonjour, nous avons été bien reçus. Les responsables de la réception étaient très polis, corrects, serviables. Ils nous avaient bien renseigné sur la belle ville d'Aqaba et répondu à toutes nos questions. L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être situé au centre-ville d'Aqaba. Et nous avons été satisfaits par l'hôtel Raad. “I had high hopes for this place. A great view of the Red Sea? Our room had no windows, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no hot water in the morning. Private beach - accessable by bus 4x a day. People were super loud in the hallways until 4am. Despite having a reservation for 2 people, we were told we could only have 1 breakfast and lay for the other, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best.
The bed was fine. There was plenty of room. Overall, very disappointed ”
