The fridge was dirty, bed was dirty, window didn't open, staff was unhelpful, stating the hotel was full and no other rooms available. They refused to refund. I had to go to Nairokh Hotel next door which was much more superior. For 20 JD more, got way much superior room. "I had high hopes for this place. A great view of the Red Sea? Our room had no windows, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no hot water in the morning. Private beach - accessable by bus 4x a day. People were super loud in the hallways until 4am. Despite having a reservation for 2 people, we were told we could only have 1 breakfast and lay for the other, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. The bed was fine. There was plenty of room. Overall, very disappointed "
