When we returned to check in later the person at the desk did not seemed knowledgeable of the process and tried to have me pay for the room again that I had prepaid online. The hotel was clean and breakfast was set up was good with enough space."

"Check-in and check-out was nice and friendly. Breakfast had a great assortment of food for the 3 days there. However there wasn’t a free table of coffee in the lobby like Hampton’s in USA , and there isn’t a microwave or small refrigerator or wash cloth but this is the European experience. 😃. There is a grocery store across the street which was very convenient, and close to S-bahn train and tram."
