All was very good with this guesthouse. It was well appointed with the expected supplies of soap and shampoo and as a bonus there was some olive oil and balsamic vinegar which I appreciated. The location was excellent. My mother cannot handle steep climbs but was able to find a fairly level walking path around the town.

This stay was in a spacious room with all we needed for a relaxed time. Not a regular hotel and no face-to-face interact with staff which was just fine and as-desired. Nothing but walkable as we had to park about 400meters away in a central parking garage. The staff recommended where to park and all went smoothly.

A really beautiful property in the centre of Citta Alta. The host sent very easy to follow and comprehensive instructions as to how to find and access the property and was on hand for answering any queries. The property was well equipped and super clean. The balcony has the most beautiful view and it's a perfect location for exploring the old town. It was our favourite property of the four we had stayed in during our Italian holiday and we would love to return to have more time in lovely Bergamo. Highly recommended!
